Digital Workspace Applications - Senior Manager

Our Investment Bank client is looking for a high calibre to join their Digital Workspace Technology team as Senior Manager, Digital Workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, engineering and operations for digital workspace technologies (on-prem and Cloud).
  
• Administer and support M365, Azure AD, Exchange Online/on‑prem, Teams, AD, Intune/BlackBerry UEM, SCCM, SCOM, SharePoint, IronPort, Proofpoint and related tools.
  
• Manage workspace projects end-to-end under PMO governance.
  
• Implement proactive monitoring, identify legacy risks and ensure system health, stability and continuity.
  
• Drive innovation and process improvement for workspace platforms and workflows.
  
• Define OLAs and KPIs, produce management reports, and maintain configuration/security controls and baselines.
  
• Handle impact assessment, incident troubleshooting, RCA and provide L3 support.
  
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance and maintain clear technical documentation.
  

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Engineering or related field.
  
• 10+ years’ hands-on experience in digital workspace technologies.
  
• Strong practical expertise in the listed Microsoft and workspace products.
  
• Proven track record in implementation, administration, incident and disaster handling.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder skills; fluent English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  
• Team player with proactive, pragmatic, agile mindset.
  
• MCSE/MCP and investment banking or regulated industry experience are advantages.
